Refund Policy

Returns:

We are happy to accept returns either by post or in-store within 30 days of date of purchase in-store or date of receipt of online order with a valid receipt as long as the item(s) are unused, in the same condition that you received them and also in the original packaging with tags intact. If the item(s) is not in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund earrings for hygiene and safety reasons.

Gift vouchers are also non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We will exchange faulty or damaged goods with a valid receipt in-store or by post.

Refunds:

Once your return item has been received by us and we are happy with its condition we will issue you a refund to the card used or original method of payment.

Return Shipping Costs:

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of return shipping to us and these costs are non-refundable.

Please return your item adequately packaged to Scilly Art, 57 Main Street, Kinsale, Co. Cork P17DY26. A trackable postage method is advised.
